Background

Ron built his name in football talent identification. From 2021 to 2025 he ran R.D. Football Scout, an independent data-driven scouting operation, scouted for FC Twente's first team in 2022 and 2023, and passed the FIFA agent exam at 21. At Dor Estates his earlier titles were Head of Operations and Chief Business Development Officer; today he leads Capital & Growth as VP Capital & Growth. In 2026 he launched the R.D. Executive Series.
